Promoter	The Promoter is Fluidra Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 87 002 641 965) ("Promoter") of 1 Herbert Place, Smithfield, NSW 2164, Australia. By entering this competition, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions as well as the decisions of the Promoter.

Eligible States/Territories	This promotion is available in both Australia and New Zealand. The total prize pool and cash backs are the combined totals for both Australia and New Zealand.
Promotional Period	Commencing time and date 9:00 AM AEDT Wednesday 1st October 2025 Close time and date 11:59 PM AEDT Sunday 15th December 2025 No entries will be accepted out of the Promotional Period.
Entry Period	Entries will be accepted from 9.00am AEDT Wednesday 1st October 2025, until 11.59 PM AEDT Tuesday 13th January 2026, ("The Entry Period"). Valid entries must be received by the Promoter within the Entry Period. No entries out of the Entry Period will be accepted.
Eligible Entrants	Entry is only open to legal residents currently residing in Australia and New Zealand who are aged 18 years or over who have purchased Eligible Products from a Participating Dealer during the Promotional Period.
Method of Entry	To enter, an Eligible entrant must, during the Promotion period: Purchase an Eligible Product from a Zodiac participating dealer Visit www.poolcleanerpromo.com to successfully complete the online application form and include the entry of a valid tax invoice with a zero balance. All required information must be submitted within the Entry Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims not submitted by this date and no claim received after this date will be processed. Claims are not transferable or assignable. Only the purchaser of the Eligible Product may submit a claim in respect of that product. The entrant must purchase the Eligible Product for their own personal use in Australia or New Zealand and not for the purpose of commercial resale (ie. the entrant must be the end user of the product). Tax invoices must not be tampered with and be legible All valid entries will be placed into the Weekly Chance to Win Draw (Minor Prize) for all weekly draws after the date of their validated entry plus a single entry into the Cash Prize (Major Draw). The Major Cash Prize is of the value of AUD $20,000 or NZD $20,000 depending on country of purchase. Entrants will be eligible to win one (1) prize in the Minor Prize draw and will also be transferred to be included in the Major Prize draw.
Maximum Number of Entries	Only one (1) claim of Eligible Product purchased can be made per person.
Eligible Products	Eligible Products refers to any brand-NEW Zodiac Robotic Pool Cleaners purchased during the Promotional Period. New products do not include refurbished or second-hand products. Details of Prizes	The Promotion offers consumers a chance to win 1 of 12 Weekly Prizes and a chance to win one (1) Major $20,000 Cash Prize (AUD$20,000 for Australian purchases and NZD $20,000 for New Zealand purchases), when they purchase eligible Zodiac products listed in Eligible Products.
Total Number of Prizes	There are twelve (12) Weekly Minor Prizes and one (1) Major Cash Prize. Total number of prizes is thirteen (13) and is a combined pool for all entries in both Australia and New Zealand.
Total Prize Value	The total maximum prize pool is valued at AUD $55,988.
Weekly and major Prizes Payments	The Promoter will issue the payment for weekly prize winners and the major prize winner, via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT), into your Australian or New Zealand bank account within twenty-one (21) working days of validated entries being drawn. The payment method will be via the Cash Selector platform.

Major Prize	The Major Cash Prize is of the value of AUD $20,000 or NZD $20,000 depending on country of purchase. Draw dates and times 12:00 PM AEDT, Friday 16th January 2026
Winners Prizes	All entries will be entered to every weekly minor draws that takes place after the valid entry is submitted. Twelve (12) x Weekly Prize winners will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the "Eligible Product" shown on the tax invoice provided in their entry. Reimbursement is only for the one "Eligible Product" on the tax invoice. If there are 2 or more "Eligible Products", the entrant will be reimbursed for the highest value eligible product. No other products on the tax invoice will be considered eligible. Payments will be made in either AUD$ or NZD$ depending on the country of purchase. All eligible and valid entries received during the promotion period will go into the major prize draw. An independent scrutineer will attend the major prize draw. One (1) x Major Prize winner will receive one (1) major prize. Weekly and Major Prizes Each eligible entrant will be placed in a prize draw. Winners will be selected at random via an electronic draw process of eligible entrants. The prizes will be drawn on the dates and times as specified under the Weekly Prize and Major Prize sections detailed above. The winners of the Weekly Prizes and Major Prize will be notified within 2 business days of the relevant draw by via email and will be required to respond if contacted to confirm identity. If potential winners cannot be contacted by the Promoter for any reason or does not respond within 14 days, or if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, this will result in disqualification of the potential winner and prize forfeiture. If disqualified, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, an alternate winner may be randomly selected at the time of the Unclaimed Prize Draw from among all remaining eligible entries received. Weekly Prizes will be sent a Cash Selector link to the winners’ email account they have provided within two (2) weeks after the winners have been contacted and confirmed. The Promoter is not responsible for misdirected Prize email if the email provided by the entrant is inaccurate or incorrect. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies take no responsibility for prizes if the email provided by "the entrant" is incorrect.
Notification of Winners	Winners of the weekly prizes and the major draw prize will be contacted within 2 business days of the relevant draw via email to confirm details of the prize. (exact method of notification being in Promoter’s sole discretion).

Unclaimed Prize Draw	All forfeited and/or unclaimed prizes will be placed in the unclaimed prize draw which will occur in the presence of an independent scrutineer (if required) at: Tactics Marketing Unit 19, 8 Tilley Lane Frenchs Forest NSW 2089 Unclaimed Prize Draw time and date 3:00 PM AEDT, Monday 30th March 2026
Notification of unclaimed prize winners	Unclaimed prize winners will be notified via email & telephone no later than two (2) business days after the unclaimed prize draw.

Cash Selector Terms & Conditions	The weekly prize values and major prize values will be sent by means of the CashSelector Platform. A successful winning entrant with a fully verified/validated entry shall be sent an email containing a CashSelector link. This email will be sent to the email address provided by the entrant in their entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided in the entry is correct, active and monitored. By following the link, the entrant will have the value of the prize transferred via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to an Australian or NZ Bank Account CashSelector links will expire after the "valid period" which is determined by the promoter and is six (6) months from the date of issue. Use of the CashSelector platform and CashSelector links are subject to the terms and conditions located at www.cashselector.com.au/tnc, as well as the Promoter’s instructions and/or limitations. This includes but is not limited to: The email address provided must be correct, active and monitored; The bank details provided must be correct; and The CashSelector link must be used before the link expires "valid period". The process for receiving the prize value is as follows: Once an entry is verified and contact with the winner is successful, the winner will then be sent a Cash Selector email 21 days from the date of the draw. In the email the winner will choose their payment method of EFT which must be linked to their entry details. The winner will be required to enter the necessary details to complete the transaction. It is the responsibility of the winner to provide correct details. If the winner provides incorrect banking details, the Payment Promise will not apply to the entry.
Entry Conditions	If the entrant returns a product for which they have received a Prize the entrant must return any Prize Value Amount already paid to the entrant by the Promoter in respect of that product. The Promoter may, at any time, take steps to verify the eligibility of any entrant or the validity of any entry submitted. At the Promoter sole discretion, if the Promoter reasonably believes that the entrant is ineligible for the Promotion or that a entry is invalid, the Promoter may reject the entry and/or pursue the entrant for any monies already paid to the entrant. The Promoter’s decision on eligibility and validity is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. The Terms must be read in conjunction with this Schedule. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of entry.
2. Entry is open only to legal Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over (‘Eligible’) of the Eligible States/Territories who satisfy the Terms of Entry. Businesses and government agencies are ineligible to enter. Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers, (including prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, offers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, and of the agencies and companies associated with the Promotion, including their immediate family are ineligible to enter.
   1. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
3. The promotion will be conducted during the Promotion period. With only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
4. The time zone applicable to any time stated, relates to the state or territory where the Promoter is located unless expressly stated to the contrary.
5. The Prize/s are specified in the ‘Winners Prizes’ section of the Schedule.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, all products listed in the Eligible Products are eligible and will be to enter into the draws for both Weekly Prizes and the Major Prize.
7. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and/or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for the same. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entries process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and/or omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. The total prize pool is specified in the Total Prize Value section of the Schedule.
9. All Prizes are valued in Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars depending on the country of purchase.
10. All Prize(s) will be awarded to the winners in accordance with the Winner Prize details. If a draw is scheduled on a public holiday, the promoter may choose to instead hold the draw on the first business day after the relevant public holiday. At the absolute discretion of the Promoter will draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn further to their discretion. If the prize cannot be awarded to the entrant drawn, the promoter will then continue this process until the prize is awarded.
11. The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated otherwise
12. The winner(s) will be notified in accordance with the ‘Notifications of Winners section of the Schedule. Notification to winners will be deemed to have occurred on the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter. The notification will include details about how the prize(s) can be claimed.
13. The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If the entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. 14. The winner(s) first initial, last name and postcode will be published in accordance with the public announcement of winners’ section of the Schedule (if applicable).
15. By entering the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including the officers, employees and agents of each) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, entries or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion or Winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
16. Without limiting any of the foregoing, in no circumstances will an entrant or the Promoter have any liability to the other for any loss or damage suffered which is indirect or consequential in nature, including without limitation any loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill or loss of business opportunity.
17. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion not accept a particular entry, may disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Promotion at any time without giving reasons and without liability to any entrants, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Without limiting this the Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or prize entry that is misleading or not in accordance with these Terms of entry or who manipulates or tampers with the entry process. If a winner breaches these Terms of Entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are non-transferable and/or not exchangeable and/or cannot be taken as cash, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. This Promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion, including any other cashback promotion or rewards program. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value (including between advertising of the Promotion and receipt of the prize).
19. Payments are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable for other goods or services and are governed by Australian law.
20. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability (or that of a third party involved with the Promotion) to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms of entry, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter’s obligations in respect of the Promotion will be suspended for the duration of the event and, in addition, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to approval of the relevant authorities.
21. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
    1. invalidate any entry.
    2. to disqualify any Entrant from participating in this and any future promotion; or
    3. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their Personal Information ("PI") including but not limited to their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. By entering this competition, entrants agree and understand that their written entries may be used for promotional purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Promotion. Independent financial advice should be sought by the entrant.
24. The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entries are conditional on providing this PI. The PI collected in this promotion will be disclosed to FLUIDRA GROUP AUSTRALIA Pty Ltd. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.zodiac.com.au/privacy-policy In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
25. Entrants should direct any requests to access, update or correct their personal information using the ‘Help’ button on the entry website.
26. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Entrant’s Internet Service Provider used.
27. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees").
28. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or use of any prize.
